About INCO

INCO is a global nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing equitable access to economic opportunities through skilling programs that lead to employment in future-facing industries - mainly digital and green jobs. We focus on supporting marginalized and underrepresented communities. Our program participants are incredibly diverse, ranging from NEET youth and migrants to refugees, Indigenous groups, and people with disabilities, among others. All face significant barriers to entering the workforce. Our programs aim to level the playing field and unlock the potential of these untapped talent pools.

Today, INCO is on a mission to ensure that the transition to an AI-powered economy is a just transition. The rapid rise of AI across industries has created new opportunities, but access to these jobs, especially for underrepresented and less-privileged groups, remains limited. Therefore, INCO is developing and delivering fully-funded skilling programs equipping vulnerable and underrepresented job seekers with AI skills that boost their employability and productivity, making them more resilient to the vast transformations created by the rise of AI across the workforce.

Consortium Involvement

We’re excited to be part of this innovative consortium and look forward to collaborating with leading universities, researchers, and industry partners on how to integrate AI into the computer science curriculum at US universities. The work directly aligns with INCO’s mission of empowering young people with the skills and knowledge they need for the jobs of tomorrow.

INCO is committed to supporting the long-term success of the consortium through fundraising efforts and by taking a proactive role in delivering concrete outcomes, such as implementing the developed curricula across our partner universities. We are also happy to support in expanding the reach of the consortium beyond the US.
